Day 1:

The tour starts with Baroda which is one of the major known cities in Gujarat that is extremely famous for its art galleries and massive museums. After visiting these you will get introduced to the history of the state and its prime legacies. After the architectural sites of Baroda, you will visit the historical city of Champaner which is located in about 50 km from Baroda. This city houses the world heritage site named as Pavagadh Archaeological Park. While being in here at this destination, do not miss to visit the tribal hamlets of Chhota Udepur and the exotic paintings which double up the beauty of the walls of their houses. Return back to Baroda for your night stay.

Day 2:

From Baroda, you will be traveling to Ahmedabad which is one of the most popular cities in the state from both point of view, may it be the business related guests or the leisure tourists. Ahmedabad is called to be one of the most preferred tourist destinations in the country. So, get yourself check into the hotel. The mausoleums and the mosques which are here show an impressive insight into the art and architecture of the late centuries. An Indo-Saracen style of architecture is being housed on the monuments of Ahmedabad which is totally a treat to every onlooker. You could also visit the famous Gandhi Ashram and the several other museums for getting in touch with the various different style of architecture. Return to the hotel at Ahmedabad and stay for overnight.

Day 3:

In the morning, visit the splendid mansions which are known as 'havelis'. These havelis are the residences of the rich traders and are no less than palaces. After the visit to havelis, you will proceed towards next destination Lothal which is another historically significant town of India. Day 4:

Proceed towards Palitana on the 4th day of the tour, it is renowned for its temple complex. Jain pilgrims mostly visit the complex situated on top of the Shatrunjaya hill. The temple complex caters more than 1300 temples in its circumference and all are beautifully carved out of pure marble. After your visit to the Jain religious site, now it is time to move on to visit the Portuguese sites housed in Gujarat and to do so, you will have to move ahead to Diu where the architectural styles of 16th and 17th century churches will attract all the artists in large numbers. The Portuguese forts are also there, so visit it after the churches. Return to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 5:

On the 5th day of the tour early in the morning, begin your day by traveling to Somnath. It is a place of great significance for the Hindus religion. It is worldwide famous due to its temple which consists of the twelve Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva and on special dates and occasions, this place is fully crowded by thousands of devotees. A visit to the Somnath temple is going to relish you with its beauty and architecture. From Somnath, travel towards Gir which is your next destination of this tour plan. Day 6:

The tour plan is totally incomplete without covering this fantastic wildlife sanctuary of Gujarat that is Gir National Park. It cannot be imagined without including the Gir National Park. Day 9:
