Then you will be transferred to the railway station for catching up the train for Varanasi. Spend a night in train itself.
As and when your reach, you will get transferred to the hotel. Relax for a while and then do some sightseeing of the place. Visit Dash-Aswamedh Ghat and after that move to Sarnath which is approximately 10 km in distance from Varanasi. It is a Buddhist pilgrimage center and at this place, Lord Buddha after attaining enlightenment delivered his first sermon. The museum is also outrageous. After sightseeing, return to your hotel in the evening and stay overnight.
